LAB PLANT SUPERVISOR LEVEL 1-Mission: Develop and implement the Stellantis Measurement Standards across the value chain Benchmark and develop most efficient and reliable measurement solutions. Main deliverables: ? Define Strategy and implement Standards and Processes within the entire Metrology Value Chain Globally in all Manufactring Facilities (>100 plants) and R&D centers. - Benchmarking new Metrology Technologies (Hardware, Software) and define roadmap for implementation globally at lowest cost. - Lead the development and deployment of Global Measurement Standards within Manufacturing - Represent Stellantis in certain external standardization or accreditation for body measurement strategy (International Standards Organization and International Automotive Task Force). - Support monthly Global Measurement Strategy Meetings to facilitate global standard deployment and provide a forum for Metrology experts in all regions. - Support the Customer Experience continuous improvement and key initiatives: workstream, breakthrough initiatives, transversal workshops and Problem Solving - to be the goto reference within Stellantis Group for all Metrology and measurement related activities.
