As Technical Service Manager (m/f/d), Northern Europe , you will play a critical leadership role in shaping the future of our service organization. You will lead a team of Service Supervisors and Field Service Engineers, drive performance, developing talent, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences across the region. What you will do
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 11 direct reports , including Supervisors and Field Service Engineers across Belgium, the Nordics, and the Netherlands. Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. Drive talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning to support sustainable business growth. Own Field Service performance across the region, including resource planning, utilization, service delivery, SLA achievement, and cost management. Ensure compliance with customer, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements while delivering operational excellence. Use data, analytics, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Lead the evolution of the regional service delivery model to support future growth, efficiency, and changing customer needs. Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans and measurable business outcomes. Partner closely with Sales, Business Unit, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Quality, HR, and Finance to drive business performance. Support the growth and profitability of the ProCare service contracts business through strong commercial execution and customer engagement. Lead complex customer escalations and build trusted long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Champion best practices and contribute to EMEA-wide projects, initiatives, and service transformation programs.
What you will need
Required: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 8+ years of experience in Field Service, Service Operations, Technical Services, or a related environment. Proven people leadership experience, including managing, coaching, developing, and retaining frontline technical teams. Strong leadership and communication skills, with proven ability to manage priorities, projects, stress, and conflict situations. Excellent command of IT tools and reporting systems to monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and drive action plans. Ability to define a clear short- and long-term vision, combining strategic thinking with an operational approach. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders in a complex matrix environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Fluency in English and the local language. Willingness to travel regularly across Northern Europe (up to 30%). Preferred: Master’s degree. Experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or highly regulated industries. Experience leading geographically dispersed or multi-country service organizations. Experience in developing service contract business. Experience in project management and continuous process improvement. Demonstrated success in talent development, succession planning, and building high-performing teams.

This role can be based in various locations across Northern Europe and offers a flexible remote working model. Due to the regional scope of responsibility, regular travel across Northern Europe (up to 30%) is required, with a particular focus on the Nordics, the Netherlands, and Germany.
