Restaurant Brands International is looking for a Manager, Marketing Analytics to join the Burger King US Marketing team in Miami. The Manager will deliver analytical insights that inform national marketing strategy and improve business performance across sales, traffic, profitability, product mix, pricing, consumer behavior, digital marketing, and operations. This role will partner closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Digital, and Technology to assess marketing effectiveness, identify growth opportunities, and translate complex data into clear recommendations that accelerate decisions. RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week out of our office in Miami, FL .
What You'll Do
Analyze sales, traffic, profitability, product mix, pricing, consumer, digital, and operational data to identify business drivers, trends, risks, and growth opportunities. Distill complex, multi-source analysis into clear, compelling narratives that make sophisticated data accessible to non-technical stakeholders and directly influence business decisions. Evaluate promotional campaigns, product launches, media effectiveness, guest segmentation, and geographic performance; identify root causes and recommend actions to improve results. Develop and continuously improve executive dashboards, performance scorecards, recurring reporting, and self-service tools that enable timely decisions. Partner cross-functionally to frame business questions, synthesize findings, and deliver decision-ready recommendations to senior leaders. Use and build AI-enabled analytical and productivity tools responsibly to accelerate analysis, identify patterns, automate recurring workflows, and improve decision support while maintaining analytical rigor and data accuracy. Partner with Business Intelligence teams to optimize data logic, assess data opportunities, and evolve current data environments in support of marketing analytics needs. Manage multiple high-priority workstreams in a fast-paced environment, exercising sound judgment and ownership from analysis through recommendation.
What You'll Need
To Succeed: 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, consulting, finance, consumer insights, or a related analytical role. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including executive-level storytelling, reporting, and dashboard development. Experience with SQL and BI/visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Sigma, or similar; familiarity with cloud data platforms is a plus.
