Assist in the day-to-day supervision to achieve customer satisfaction and quality service while assuring compliance with policies and Standard Operating Procedures. Oversee the operations of the Hotel Housekeeping staff to include, Status Board, Clerks, Suite Attendants, Housepersons, and Suite Supervisors.
