Title: IT EPC Project Manager-Onsite IT Infrastructure / PMO Manager Role Purpose Provide senior leadership for IT integration, operations readiness and technology delivery across oil and gas and wider operational environments. The role has a strong bias towards IT programme and project management, PMO governance, delivery assurance, stakeholder alignment, vendor coordination and the controlled transition of technology services into steady-state operations.

Proven capability to lead multi-workstream technology delivery, infrastructure integration, operational readiness and service transition activities in challenging field and corporate settings. Skilled in establishing delivery governance, programme controls, project reporting, risk and issue management, dependency tracking, vendor coordination and stakeholder engagement. Able to translate business and operational requirements into structured IT delivery plans that support field productivity, operational continuity, cyber resilience and long-term service sustainability. Strong background in IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, field technology integration, Chinese technology platforms such as Huawei and ZTE, CCTV and access control solutions, industrial connectivity and operations support services. Experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring technology solutions are delivered safely, securely, on time and aligned with operational priorities.
