Regional Marketing Manager, Middle East

Uniphore   is looking for an experienced, hands-on marketing manager to drive regional marketing across the Middle East, based in Dubai. This role is focused on building and executing a marketing plan across our priority Middle East markets, in close partnership with regional Sales leadership, to drive the pipeline needed to hit the region's revenue goals.   You'll   be the primary marketing partner to Sales leadership in the region, translating account and territory priorities into campaigns, content, and programs that move the needle on pipeline.

Partner closely with Middle East Sales leadership to build a regional marketing plan focused on the right accounts and priority markets, aligned to revenue goals.   Design and run multi-channel campaigns and activations — digital, events, partner co-marketing, ABM, and more — to support pipeline generation and customer acquisition across the Middle East.   Lead account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting priority accounts    Plan and execute regional events, including industry conferences, workshops, and executive briefings.   Track and report on the field marketing funnel, with a focus on pipeline contribution, and progress against regional revenue goals.   Gather market insights from the field to inform product positioning,   validate   region-specific sales practices, and track the local competitive landscape.   Tailor global messaging and product narratives to resonate with local Middle East audiences where needed.   Maintain regional funnel dashboards and ensure marketing efforts are tracked and reported accurately.   What You Bring   6+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, ideally in the tech sector.   Demonstrated success building marketing plans and campaigns that target specific accounts and drive measurable   pipeline .   Strong experience partnering directly with Sales leadership to align marketing activity to revenue goals.   Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign and funnel optimization.   Highly collaborative, with   strong communication   skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams.   Familiarity with Middle East market dynamics, business culture, and regulatory considerations for marketing activities.   Location   Based in our Dubai office, supporting regional marketing programs across the Middle East, with travel as needed for events.     Location preference: UAE - Dubai Uniphore is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
