This role oversees budgets, timelines, and execution while collaborating closely with agencies, internal teams, and production partners. As a manager, Advertising Operations, you will... Oversee the end-to-end production process for advertising campaigns, including film, paid social, audio, OOH, photography, digital assets and activations. Partner with creative, marketing, and agency teams to bring campaign concepts to life. Manage production budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards. Serve as the point person on set, ensuring smooth execution and troubleshooting challenges. Establish and uphold production best practices, ensuring compliance with brand and legal guidelines. Guide and mentor junior production team members. Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to evaluate talent, music, licensing, and intellectual property opportunities, ensuring leaders understand creative, financial, legal, operational, and timing considerations before decisions are made. Facilitate the integration of retail operations, partner talent, and physical store environments into advertising productions while preserving brand integrity and operational excellence. Lead partner talent casting processes, including candidate evaluation, good-standing verification, approvals, and coordination with field leadership and Partner Resources. We’d love to hear from people with: 5+ years of experience supporting advertising production, project management, or integrated marketing campaigns in an agency, production company, or in-house brand environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven ability to manage large-scale productions and cross-functional teams. Experience managing budgets and vendor negotiations. Deep understanding of production workflows, post-production, and media delivery. Experience managing location-based productions and employee or partner talent casting processes preferred. Work Environment This role is based at the Starbucks Support Center (SSC) in Seattle. Regular in-office presence is required to support cross-functional collaboration, production planning, stakeholder engagement, and on-site production readiness activities. Occasional domestic and international travel may be required to support productions, location scouting, and on-set leadership.
