Amazon Delivery Central Operations (ADCO) is looking for a Process Improvement Specialist II eager to join the growing strategy team that supports Reverse Operations and Delivery Support (ROADS). The Process Improvement Specialist will own end-to-end process design and optimization across ROADS processes, identify and prioritize inefficiencies through data analysis and stakeholder engagement, develop and implement centralized solutions (standardized processes, tools, SOPs, etc.), and drive sustainable change management across the network. This role will leverage robust metrics reporting to measure impact, surface opportunities for continuous improvement, and communicate progress and risks to all stakeholders. The Specialist will partner closely with single-threaded leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results and will be a key contributor to weekly business reviews.
