Looking for a Business Analyst to support its Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) transformation program , focused on implementing Saviynt and migrating legacy applications to a modern identity management platform. Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis, stakeholder management, Agile delivery, and transformation programs , preferably with exposure to Identity Governance, IAM, or Saviynt implementations . The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, working with stakeholders, and ensuring solutions meet business needs• Conduct technological assessments • Develop business cases for technology investments • Analyze market trends and industry best practices • Provide recommendations for technology solutions • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs • Assist in the implementation and integration of technology systems • Support in the evaluation of technology vendor proposals • Prepare and present reports to senior management.
