"  Job Summary-  We are seeking a skilled  SAP Ariba Upstream Consultant  with  4+ years of experience  to join our growing IT/Procurement team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design, implementation, template maintenance, and enhancement of our SAP Ariba Upstream modules. The ideal candidate possesses deep functional knowledge of strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship workflows. You will collaborate closely with internal procurement stakeholders and technical teams to map processes, optimize configuration, and manage ERP integrations.

Module Configuration & Maintenance  Sourcing: Configure and manage sourcing event templates, RFx (RFI, RFP, RFQ), and reverse auctions.  Contracts: Design, update, and maintain Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) templates, clauses, and workspaces.  Supplier Management: Oversee and configure Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) and Supplier Information & Performance Management (SIPM).  Workflows: Build and manage approval process configurations for all upstream modules.   Integration & Data Management  ERP Middleware: Collaborate on data mapping between Ariba and SAP ECC or S/4HANA using Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) / SAP Integration Suite.  Data Synch: Monitor and troubleshoot master data replication and transaction tracker errors.  Supplier Network: Assist vendors with registration, onboarding, and qualification via the Ariba Network.   Business Analysis & Support  Requirement Gathering: Lead workshops to translate business sourcing logic into operational system designs.  Testing Execution: Create test scripts and lead Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).  Production Support: Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional troubleshooting for user
