Where You’ll Make a Difference Develop and implement reliability improvement strategies for critical plant assets to increase equipment availability and reduce unplanned downtime Analyze equipment performance data and identify opportunities to improve reliability, maintenance effectiveness, and operational performance Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) investigations and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring failures Monitor reliability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), asset availability, and maintenance costs Manage the site's Mechanical Integrity program, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and regulatory requirements Develop inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance plans for pressure vessels, piping systems, tanks, heat exchangers, pumps, agitators, and rotating equipment Implement and optimize predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, ultrasound, and condition monitoring Support capital projects, shutdowns, commissioning activities, and major maintenance events while incorporating reliability and maintainability principles Promote best practices in reliability engineering, asset management, process safety, and continuous improvement across the facility What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, mechanical integrity, asset management, or related functions within manufacturing or process industries Experience working with rotating equipment, utility systems, pressure systems, and industrial maintenance practices Experience leading failure analysis investigations and reliability improvement projects Knowledge of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), and Mechanical Integrity programs Experience with predictive maintenance technologies including vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, ultrasound, and condition monitoring Experience working with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS); SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) experience is preferred Knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM), Risk-Based Inspection (RBI), Management of Change (MOC), and Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) methodologies Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills How Would You Stand Out?
