As a Staff Specialist Resource Planning in our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team, you work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building long- lasting partnerships that thrive on success. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Accountable for overall module resource planning across the entire value chain (from Assembly to Test) to support sustainable and profitable module growth while achieving the company's revenue targets Accountable for module VRFC, TCR, LTCR, and PlanPro activities , ensuring timely completion to support mid- and long-term sustainable and profitable module growth . Also responsible for ensuring that module strategies are properly considered and incorporated into planning Accountable and responsible for module capacity planning (Production Program) to meet weekly delivery commitments, ensuring fulfillment of division demand and achievement of revenue targets Accountable and responsible for the preparation of investment proposals to support capacity ramp-up initiatives, ensuring committed ramp-up timelines are achieved to meet division demand fulfillment and revenue targets Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance (FIN), Quality Management (QM), Industrial Engineering (IE), and Development (DEV) teams to ensure delivery stability and commitment, effective capacity planning and balancing, and achievement of the company's KPIs Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. A qualification in Finance will be an added advantage Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, solid semiconductor planning experience, and proven analytical and problem-solving skills Fluent in English with confident presentation skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate, identify, and resolve complex issues related to capacity optimization, resource optimization, and business demand fulfillment #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
