Regional Facilities Manager

Pay Range: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 / year Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Directs the operations, activities and staff for all maintenance and facilities services for PSCs, RRLs, Logistics hubs and Laboratories in the region. Plans, schedules, and directs staff of skilled and unskilled trades employees in the maintenance of buildings and grounds. Develops and maintains a superior preventive and routine maintenance program for the region. Ensures that all utility systems are fully operational and inspected in accordance with preventive maintenance schedules. Ensures compliance with all regulatory and company safety regulations and guidelines. Manages facilities improvement projects through all phases, including: planning, design, bidding, pre-construction, and construction. Prepares cost estimates for facility renovations or space allocations, and inspects completed work for conformance to specifications. May also manage employee cafeteria, security, and/or reception functions.
