Skills and Competencies 5+ years of experience in program or project management, PMO operations, or business operations within a technology, data, or services-driven organization Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional teams, senior leaders, and external partners toward shared program objectives Exceptional client engagement skills with the ability to navigate complex relationships, manage expectations, and deliver confident client-facing communications Sound decision-making ability with the capacity to operate independently, drive outcomes, and exercise sound judgment in fast-moving or ambiguous environments Working knowledge of enterprise software platforms and digital tools, with the ability to evaluate, adopt, and optimize technology to support program delivery Proven change management experience, including designing change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication cadences, and adoption tracking Strong understanding of how AI and automation can be applied to business and program management workflows, with experience identifying and implementing practical solutions that improve productivity, collaboration, reporting, and process efficiency Proven ability to lead process improvement and change initiatives, promote adoption of AI-enabled ways of working, and ensure the responsible use of AI technologies in alignment with organizational policies and governance standards Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree a plus Responsibilities This role leads global programs, change initiatives, and partner delivery models across the Customer Engagement PMO, driving operational excellence, AI enablement, and strategic execution across the Banking line of business. Lead global programs and go-to-market initiatives, including client migrations from legacy to strategic platforms, ensuring consistent execution, adoption, and alignment with strategic objectives Act as change leader for Customer Engagement and PMO initiatives by defining clear change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communication cadences, and success metrics Own and continuously improve standardized frameworks for campaign planning, execution, tracking, reporting, and playbook and tool usage Coordinate execution across programs, regions, and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment, transparency, and timely delivery Provide governance and oversight for partner-led and subcontractor-supported delivery models, ensuring clarity of roles, accountability, and quality standards Promote and leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance PMO workflows, reporting, analysis, and knowledge management, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and increase the value of program insights Administer and optimize PMO tools and platforms to support project delivery, staffing governance, and
