Job Overview
In the exciting and challenging role of Global Account Manager for TE Sensors, you will lead the development and execution of account strategies for large medical device OEMs and be based in the Northeast United States. The role combines the hands-on customer ownership and opportunity development responsibilities of a Key Account Manager with the global coordination, executive engagement, and strategic planning responsibilities of a Global Account Manager. You will establish and maintain strong business relationships, manage complex sales pipelines, generate demand through design wins, and deliver profitable revenue growth and customer satisfaction. As the primary commercial leader for assigned accounts, you will coordinate regional and global teams, align TE Connectivity business units, and develop relationships across customer engineering, procurement, operations, and executive leadership. You will elevate the TE Sensors brand and expand our position within strategic medical device OEMs, regional key accounts, and their global design, manufacturing, and supply-chain organizations. Strategic Account Management and Business Development • Develop, continually refine, and lead the execution of multi-year global account plans for assigned large medical device OEMs. • Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for key customer stakeholders and coordinate engagement across customer locations, functions, and regions. • Build and maintain long-term credibility and relationships across engineering, procurement, operations, supply chain, and executive leadership. • Develop and lead senior-level customer relationships, executive business reviews, and strategic planning discussions. • Coordinate regional account priorities and global opportunities to ensure consistent strategy, communication, and execution. • Identify new business opportunities, strategies, and partnerships that expand TE Sensors content across customer platforms and applications. • Stay current on medical device industry trends, competitive products, emerging sensing technologies, regulatory requirements, material durability requirements, and application-specific needs. • Monitor competitive threats and market positioning across regions and adjust account strategies accordingly.
