We specialize in a full range of new and retrofit construction for industrial, food processing, commercial, institutional, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and bio-fuel projects. Job Summary Shambaugh & Son L.P. is seeking a detail-oriented, highly efficient Marketing Specialist for a 1 – 6 month assignment. This role is designed to support our core marketing team during a comprehensive brand refresh and file migration initiative by converting, updating, reformatting, and preparing marketing collateral, advertisements, sales enablement documents, and digital/print files.

Convert, adapt, and migrate existing marketing collaterals, print advertisements, digital banners, templates, and promotional materials into newly updated brand formats and file structures. Re-layout text, update typography, re-link high-resolution assets, apply master pages, and maintain clean paragraph/character styles in Adobe InDesign. Manage file conversions between formats, error-free and production-ready. Conduct meticulous quality checks across converted files to verify alignment, image resolution, font consistency, copy accuracy, and proper brand guideline adherence, bleeds, trims, color spaces, and optimized web/digital assets (PDFs, PNGs, JPEGs) Tag, organize, and archive finalized documents using standardized file-naming conventions. Other duties as assigned to support the Marketing Team at Shambaugh & Son.
Qualifications
Proven hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign (expert level proficiency in layout design, style sheets, page setup, and pre-flight procedures is essential). 2+ years of professional experience in marketing graphic layout, desktop publishing, production design, or marketing operations. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud suite and Microsoft Office tools preferred. Exceptional eye for detail, visual consistency, alignment, typography, and proofreading. Ability to work efficiently on high-volume, repetitive conversion tasks while maintaining accuracy and meeting established project timelines. Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
