How you will add value Core Responsibilities You will manage the full lifecycle of voluntary corporate actions, from event announcement through final settlement. You will analyze corporate action events, assess their impact on portfolios, and communicate available options, deadlines, risks, and participation requirements to stakeholders. You will take ownership of complex and high-impact events, coordinating with Portfolio Management, Trading, Custodians, Legal, Compliance, Tax, and Operations teams. You will review and validate analyses, elections, instructions, and processing completed by other team members. You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support event execution and resolve issues. You will maintain accurate event records and ensure internal systems are updated with the latest information. You will prepare reports, track key metrics, and provide updates on event status and impacts. You will ensure activities are completed in accordance with market requirements, regulations, and internal policies. You will identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, reporting, and operational efficiency. You will support testing, automation, and system enhancement initiatives. What will help you be successful in this role Experience 5+ years of corporate actions experience. Experience reviewing work and performing quality control activities. Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulations. Technical Skills Experience with Aladdin, IMActions, SimCorp Dimension, and Bloomberg. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with Power BI, automation, reporting, or process improvements is preferred. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail and sound professional judgment. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to prioritize work in a deadline-driven environment.
