COOK - Full Time (Horseshoe Hammond)

To assist in providing a superior gaming experience, unattainable by our competitor, where guests can indulge themselves without apology. Perform duties to prepare and cook foods such as sauces, gravies and other foods of medium and higher complexity. Maintain a clean food preparation area. This position performs functions of work outside the gaming space, with some performing all or bulk of their work back of the house .
