Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Workforce Management leader to shape and drive the PSD GCC workforce strategy, aligning global priorities with regional business and customer needs. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in workforce planning, resource management, skills-based staffing, and services delivery, combined with a proven track record of leading teams and driving transformation, automation, and large-scale process simplification. This role requires a highly analytical and collaborative leader who can balance delivery priorities and resource constraints, translate data into business decisions, build strong cross-functional relationships, and influence senior stakeholders across international, multi-cultural and virtual teams. How you will make your mark: · Own and drive PSD GCC Workforce Management strategy, ensuring alignment with global priorities while addressing region-specific business needs. · Drives process innovation, automation adoption, and global alignment. · Balance global and regional delivery priorities, resource constraints, and customer commitments. · Proven experience in digital transformation, automation, and platform enablement (PSA/TDNA). · Identifies and drives process improvements for services route to market, delivery, business operations, and individual and team productivity to improve overall effectiveness. · Creating and foster a mutually beneficial relationship with Product Business Groups, Alliance partners, Services functional and support teams, and Regional and Global delivery functions. · Assigns responsibilities, provides direction, leadership, and coaching, removes barriers as needed to enable direct reports to execute their roles and achieve objectives and goals. · Creates a working environment that is conducive to individual growth, high performance, is challenging and rewarding. Achieves diversity and other HR goals. · Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between workforce strategy and business outcomes.
Education and Experience
Required: · Typically, 8+ years to establish proven track record in Service Business Management · Established management background of high-level individual contributors (leading teams). · Typically, first level and advanced level university degree. Knowledge and Skills: · Strong expertise in workforce planning, resource management, and skills-based staffing models, with a demonstrated ability to champion transformation, automation, and large-scale process simplification initiatives. · Deep understanding of services delivery and operational KPIs · Strong data and analytics orientation to drive insights-based decisions · High market knowledge.
