Job Description
This role is not eligible for TD work visa support or sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, F-1 OPT/STEM OPT, TN or other work visa authorizations). As part of the Consumer marketing department, you will serve as a trusted advisor and one of the primary Marketing contacts to the Consumer Lending businesses building valuable relationships with business leaders to translate business, client, and product strategies into supporting integrated marketing strategies and plans leveraging all available marketing tactics such as digital and direct to consumer. This role has strategic influence on marketing for the Credit Card Customer Engagement business. You are a decidedly driven professional skilled in both strategy and execution . You collaborate and negotiate with internal and external marketing partners to develop integrated marketing plans, programs, and tactics that leverage marketing capabilities to achieve business goals; enhance client experience; and acquire, grow, and retain profitable client relationships. You will participate in sprint reviews and quarterly PI planning sessions, to gain alignment on upcoming priorities while ensuring capacity. As a valued member of the department, you should have credit card marketing experience at a top bank or fintech with financial services/marketing experience and a proven track record of successfully navigating complex organizations operating in agile or pod-based environments. You should have supported marketing planning for the business with a comprehensive understanding of how the business operates to solve technical, operational, and business problems. You should have experience analyzing campaign results to inform future strategies and crafting compelling and insights -based presentations for senior leaders. The Marketing Planning Manager is accountable for independently developing, implementing and leading cross-functional strategy planning to support moderately complex Marketing portfolios. This position will work closely with the line of business and members of the Marketing team to develop marketing strategies and plans; understands market and growth drivers as well as grows value propositions and proof points that further our competitive advantage, and translates business strategies into marketing plans.
