Communicate complex data findings to stakeholders through intuitive storytelling and actionable reporting   Collect and analyze large and complex data sets from various internal/external sources to identify trends and opportunities for improvement (e.g. Channel sales data, In-market sales data, HIRA & NHIS data etc.).    Establish and maintain master data as a single source of truth to ensure consistent and reliable use across the organization   Responsible for d ata visualization (MS, HIRA, distributo r etc.   multiple view   manages )     Qualifications   +3 years of experience in business analysis and market intelligence, preferably in the healthcare industry   but not must   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using statistical software and techniques   Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI   Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams   Project management skills   Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team-good communication skill both in English and Korean     For more information on how we support the whole health of our employees throughout their wellness, career and life journey, please visit  www.careers.jnj.com .  Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
