Location: LOC3379: No.71, 9th Avenue, Tianjin, Binhai new District, Tianjin, China 岗位描述 (Job Description) 负责自动化产线的改造升级及自动化物流部署等工作。 岗位职责 (Job Responsibilities) 1. 产线自动化改造与升级 a. 负责现有生产线的自动化升级改造评估，识别生产瓶颈，运用精益生产理念优化工艺流程，提升产线综合效率（OEE）。 b. 主导非标自动化设备、工业机器人的方案设计、选型、编程调试及导入应用，保障设备稳定高效运行。 c. 组织关键技术攻关，克服现场技术难题，协调内外部资源解决产线改造过程中的各类问题，保障生产连续性。 2. 自动化物流系统规划与部署 a. 负责智能仓储物流系统的整体规划与方案设计，包括仓库布局、物流动线、存储策略及AGV/AMR等自动化设备的部署方案。 b. 指导实施团队完成物流方案的细化、现场部署、设备联调与试运行，协助解决实施过程中的技术问题与方案偏差。 3. 项目管理与技术标准化 a. 参与自动化及物流项目的立项、进度跟踪、成本控制与最终验收，确保项目按期落地投产。 b. 编制完整的项目技术文档体系，包括过程流程图、设备操作规范、维护手册及作业指导书（SOP），并对一线人员进行技术培训。 c. 跟进自动化与物流行业新技术、新工艺动态，提出技术革新与设备升级建议，推动智能化水平持续提升。 任职要求 (Job Requirements) 1. 学历与专业背景 本科及以上学历，机械工程、自动化、电气工程、工业工程、物流工程或机电一体化等相关专业。 2. 工作经验 具备3-5年以上工业自动化领域相关经验，有完整的自动化产线改造、智能工厂建设经验者优先。 3. 核心专业技能 硬件与控制： 熟悉西门子、三菱等主流品牌PLC编程，了解工业电控系统构成，熟悉各类传感器、伺服系统及视觉系统的应用。 物流与软件： 深入理解仓储物流基本原理，熟悉主流物流设备（如AGV、堆垛机、输送线）的选型与应用；了解WMS/WCS系统架构及其与自动化设备的集成方式。 设计与工具： 熟练使用CAD、SolidWorks等绘图软件进行平面布局与电气图纸绘制；掌握物流仿真软件者优先。 4. 综合素质 具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力与项目管理意识，能同时推进多个项目。 具备极强的逻辑分析能力和系统化思维，能快速响应并解决现场突发技术问题。 责任心强，具备良好的抗压能力，能适应调试试运行阶段加班。 If you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.  Otis is the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company.
