Execution and Issue Resolution   Run readiness reviews, follow through on   commitments   and resolve handoff gaps. Escalate risks and resource conflicts with clear recommendations.   Keep BI&O milestones aligned with TA launch plans; confirm capabilities are ready for use and resolve early post-launch issues.   4. Change Management and Adoption   Lead change plans for launches and priority BI&O initiatives:   identify   affected teams, clarify new responsibilities, and coordinate communications,   training   and support.   Track adoption and address barriers with team leads. Turn launch lessons into practical checklists and playbooks for the next launch.
