Job Description Summary This role for an experienced full-stack engineer to provide people engineering SME and support to our business partners in the Asset Management. The candidate should be hands on in advanced programing, visualization, analytical models and algorithms. The candidate should demonstrate strong technical/problem solving skills, manage multiple projects collaboratively and ensure adherence to enterprise standards. You’ll work with smart, talented people across our business to create innovative, next-generation cloud-based applications, and analytics/models. You’ll be involved, hands-on, through the entire development cycle. And you’ll redefine the way our traders, portfolio managers and analysts support our clients.

Design and build the next generation of the world's best investment management technology platform, focusing on managing various investment lifecycle processes and investment research.·         Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance and support throughout the software development lifecycle. Solve complex problems; research and bring in new and advanced machine learning concepts; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Provides input on tool and technology selection, standards and shares evolving best practices. Participates in discovery sessions to identify opportunities to leverage analytics to automate and enhance business processes. Operate independently in a product centric culture with sense of ownership and accountability. Refine business and functional requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs. Collaborate with product engineering teams to implement comprehensive AI/ML-based solutions from start to finish.·         Apply quality software engineering practices throughout the software development lifecycle.·         Optimize the software delivery and workflow of the team.·         Work with team members in a multi-office, multi-country environment. ​ Required Qualifications B.S./M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject area with 7+ years, or equivalent experience Strong hands-on experience with: Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) React.js SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway) Experience with REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Should have excellent communication skills, should be able to interact with business system analysts and get clear understanding of requirements.
