Job Description ＜採用ポジション＞ サプライチェーンプログラムマネージャー (Supply Chain Program Manager-Strategic Sourcing & Procurement) ＜職務内容＞ サプライチェーンプログラムマネージャーは、新規および既存製品のソーシング・調達、プロセス改善、サプライチェーン変革プログラムをリードします。関係部門間の連携を推進し、リスクを早期に特定・対処しながら、各プログラムを定められたスケジュール・スコープ内で完遂させ、ビジネスへの具体的な成果をもたらすことを責務とします。 この役割は、クロスファンクショナルな組織に対して幅広い視点でリーダーシップを発揮し、新製品がコスト、品質、機能性、スケジュール、生産目標を達成できるようリードします。ステークホルダーと緊密に連携し、製品調達計画、安定供給の維持、コスト目標について合意形成を図ります。また、各コモディティマネージャーと協力して、供給リスクを最小限に抑え、安定供給を実現する調達戦略を立案・実行を担います。 The Supply Chain Program Manager leads critical initiatives such as new product launches, capacity expansions, and transformation programs. This role drives alignment, mitigates risks, and ensures programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business impact. This role provides expansive thought leadership across cross-functional teams to ensure new products meet cost, quality, functionality, schedule, and production objectives. The Supply Chain Program Manager works closely with senior stakeholders to align on product sourcing plans, supply continuity, and cost targets.
