Job responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness, manage dependencies, and deliver benefits realization for process improvement initiatives. Facilitate regular intake, triage, and prioritization discussions with Product, Tech, Operations, and stakeholder teams to clarify goals, assess value, identify dependencies, and determine next steps Maintain strong intake and backlog hygiene: remove duplicates, group related requests, document business context, define acceptance criteria, and ensure items are ready for prioritization or delivery handoff Facilitate coordination forums to connect cross-team threads, drive decisions, and prevent gaps Apply a quality-focused lens to plans and delivery artifacts to reduce ambiguity and rework Champions innovation and modernization by identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, AI-enabled capabilities, and automation tools to improve delivery effectiveness, operational efficiency, and employee experience. Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities Ability to lead within a highly complex environment and adapt to change. Proven track record of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong individual ownership and ability to drive outcomes through influence Excellent stakeholder management and written communication; able to explain priorities, trade-offs, and decisions clearly Ability to create clarity from ambiguity by defining measurable outcomes, milestones, and acceptance criteria Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Working knowledge of delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, dashboards, intake queues, and reporting workflows Experience with portfolio-level tracking and process improvement initiatives Familiarity with large-scale product portfolios and operational optimization Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
