The Opportunity
This role is responsible for maintaining sequential integrity throughout the production process to ensure products meet customer specifications and quality requirements. The position plays a critical role in inventory control, quality verification, remake processing, and production accuracy while supporting efficient workflow and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Follow established product flow instructions and job specifications. Maintain sequential integrity throughout production runs and finished products. Accurately place remake cards and process remake files as directed. Verify card counts using scanners and counting systems. Identify damaged, missing, or out-of-sequence cards and take appropriate action. Issue and maintain blank card and waste card inventory. Perform card personalization activities for inline processes. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and communicate replenishment needs to supervision. Correct out-of-sequence cases and ensure proper product order. Apply shipping labels to pallets and verify label accuracy. Print and replace missing labels using PAC-TRAC software. Maintain accurate production records and related documentation. Conduct random quality assurance checks to verify product integrity. Communicate issues, concerns, or escalations promptly to management. Perform additional duties as assigned. What You Need to Succeed Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities. Basic computer skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of, or ability to learn, safety rules, operating procedures, and company policies. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Reliable attendance and dependability. Willingness to work overtime as needed, including during peak production periods. Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
