As a Trading Services Associate I within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of trade activities, from order entry to settlement. While still developing, your expertise in market products and understanding of automation technologies will be instrumental in optimizing our trading services. You will be expected to leverage your proficiency in change management and continuous improvement to enhance the efficiency and resilience of our operating platform Your role will also allow you to keep developing your relationships with internal stakeholders, presenting insights to senior management, and driving process improvements. Your decisions will contribute and impact on short-term team and department goals, and you will often guide others in their work activities, contributing to the overall success of our trading services.

Actively participate in change management initiatives, leveraging resources to minimize disruption and facilitate successful transitions.  Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, identifying inefficiencies in processes and proposing solutions based on data analysis.  Manage all trade exceptions end-to-end, driving them to closure. Deliver best-in-class BAU execution; publish weekly KPIs/KRIs, analyze deviations from targets, and ensure follow-up on all aging items. Partner with associates to maintain regular communication with partner locations. Play a key role in audit reviews and control checks. Assist with preparing and implementing Business Continuity Plans. Perform process research and investigations using the appropriate operational systems. Clearly explain product features and benefits. Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities: Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in trading services, specifically in order execution and trade settlement.  Demonstrated ability to apply automation technologies in a trading environment, with a focus on process optimization.  Proactive in change management, with the ability to leverage resources to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruption.  Developing skills in data analysis and tech literacy, with the ability to communicate data-driven insights effectively.  Demonstrate the ability to develop internal stakeholder management, with a focus on building productive relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes.  This role requires working the North America (NA) / US shift. Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities: Comprehensive understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and the overall trading process, with experience in trading services like order execution, trade processing, and risk monitoring, supported by previous experience in finance industry operations roles. Strong relationship-building, influencing, and conflict management skills, with excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal abilities to resolve issues and maintain positive stakeholder relationships. Effective presentation and negotiation skills, combined with an innovative mindset focused on continuous process improvement, and a willingness to be flexible in a team-oriented environment.
