Addresses operational challenges across teams by applying structured frameworks and recommending policy or process adjustments.
Optimizes and scales operational improvements by embedding performance measures, controls, and continuous improvement mechanisms.
Communicates dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies to support proactive planning and uninterrupted delivery.
Manages performance and develops supervisors, team leads, and senior professionals by setting expectations, reviewing outcomes, coaching development, and aligning staffing to delivery priorities.
Aligns stakeholder engagement models by establishing structured execution approaches, clear handoffs, and defined service expectations. . Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, biomedical sciences, public health, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
5+ years of experience in scientific consulting, healthcare, life sciences, or a related field required. 2+ years of experience in a management capacity required.
Certification in clinical research or regulatory affairs, health economics, outcomes research, or real-world evidence methodologies, or equivalent preferred.
