Manage and oversee the company’s Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) programs and activities, including mandatory safety training, risk assessments, workplace inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety laws and regulations, and maintain systems for accident prevention, investigation, and corrective actions. Coordinate legally required occupational health programs, including workplace environment monitoring and special health examinations. Conduct safety and health training for new hires and existing employees. Manage emergency response programs, fire safety systems, and hazardous chemical controls. Maintain and support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, including preparation for and participation in internal and external audits. Oversee general affairs functions, including office administration, facilities management, company assets, office supplies, and vehicle management. Manage company assets and purchasing activities, and coordinate relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers. Support the operation of IT infrastructure and office equipment (PCs, printers, etc.), and administer user accounts and system access permissions. Support company events, visitor reception, and internal/external communication activities.
