You will play a key role in developing and delivering mission-critical systems solutions that directly support and protect our warfighters in the field. If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact and want to be part of a team dedicated to excellence and innovation, we encourage you to apply.   Essential Functions: Design of point to point and complex cable assemblies  Material selection to meet the requirements of space and airborne based applications.  Capture interconnect requirements from provided subsystem requirements documentation to define electrical characteristics  Calculate mass estimates for custom designed assemblies  Lead team of designers in execution of a work break down structure  Calculate bundle diameters for material stack up and ben radius limitations  Create requirements, design documentation, verification documents, validation procedures and other technical documents as needed  Collaborate with engineering personnel to ensure adherence to customer expectations or requirements  Conduct technical presentations    Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
