About this role
We made history and now we work to transform the future – for our customers, our communities and our families. You'll see your work on the road every day, helping people move freely and pursue their dreams. At Ford, you can build more than vehicles. Come build what matters. Enterprise Technology plays a critical part in shaping the future of mobility. If you’re looking for the chance to leverage advanced technology to redefine the transportation landscape, enhance the customer experience and improve people’s lives, this is the opportunity for you. Join us and challenge your IT expertise and analytical skills to help create vehicles that are as smart as you are. In this position... We are seeking an experienced Analyst, Digital Analytics to join Ford's Digital Analytics & Experimentation team, with primary alignment to Ford Pro. Working closely with the Ford Pro Digital Product team, you will translate stakeholder questions into measurement approaches, perform advanced analysis, and deliver clear recommendations that improve digital experiences and business outcomes. You will also collaborate with Telematics, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance analytics teams to bring together relevant insights and develop more holistic Ford Pro narratives. This role blends hands-on analytics with technical problem-solving. The strongest candidate will be equally comfortable analyzing complex data, evaluating measurement quality, defining analytical requirements, building scalable analytics and AI-enabled solutions, and explaining what the findings mean for Ford Pro Digital Product stakeholders. Although this is classified as a remote position, candidates within commuting distance of a Ford hub may be required to work onsite four or more days per week. We strongly prefer candidates who can work onsite in or relocate to Dearborn, MI. Eastern Time work hours are also highly preferred.
