Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing/Vendor Reconciliation Invoice processing, matching with accuracy and efficiency Validation and review of processed invoices to ensure quality 2 -Way ,3-way Matching Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts to resolve discrepancies. Expediting Invoice Holds Monitor and work on Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GRIR) reports Vendor/Supplier Query handling Communicate effectively with stakeholders and business teams. Perform vendor reconciliations and review Statement of Accounts of vendors to ensure invoices are matched and cleared in Accounts payable ledger Review supplier, broker, and office emails daily to identify required actions, missing documents, or payment concerns Validate balances, identify discrepancies, and determine required actions.
