Internship Data Analytics & Process Improvement – 6 Months | Start Spring 2027

Work Flexibility: Not available Your Mission   Join Stryker's R&D Lifecycle Management team and contribute to projects that help improve how critical product information is managed across the organization. As part of this MedTech internship, you will support digital transformation initiatives, work with modern analytics tools, and help   optimize   business processes that support product quality and compliance.   From your first day, you will take ownership of meaningful projects, collaborate with specialists across multiple functions, and gain practical experience in data analytics, automation, and process improvement. Support the migration and improvement of product lifecycle data within modern digital systems.   Create and   maintain   documentation, standards, and best practices for data management processes.   Build reports and dashboards using   Excel ,   Excel Macros , and   Power BI   to generate business insights.   Identify   opportunities for process optimization and support automation initiatives using   Power Automate .   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, accessibility, and operational efficiency.   ​ What You'll Bring   You are currently pursuing a   Bachelor's   or   Master's degree in Engineering , Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.   Good knowledge of   Excel   and an interest in data analytics and process improvement.   Initial experience with   Power BI ,   Excel Macros , or similar analytical tools through coursework, projects, or   previous   internships.   Interest in   Power Automate , automation concepts, or digital transformation initiatives.   Good English language skills (minimum B2) , good German language skills   (minimum B2) are a plus   ​ What's In It for You   Paid six-month full-time internship (voluntary internship alongside studies, mandatory internship, or a combination of both possible)   Start date: March or April 2027   Location:   Schönkirchen   (near   Kiel,   Germany )   Flexible working hours and attractive holiday allowance   Mentoring and training to support your growth   Hands-on projects with real-world impact in an international environment   ​ Application Process   Please upload all application documents (short cover letter, CV/resume, and transcript of records) either as one combined file or as separate files in the Resume/CV section of the application form.   Additional   document uploads after this step are not possible.     Our selection process is simple and transparent:   1.
