A role in Enterprise Risk Governance means creating effective and scalable governance processes, monitoring frameworks, and assurance routines that enable business and compliance program owners to identify, monitor, test, and mitigate risks. The team drives enterprise visibility, strengthens control effectiveness, and supports executive and Board-level oversight through structured governance and data-driven reporting. You will build valuable relationships and make a meaningful impact as you coordinate critical resources across teams in a complex and fast-paced retail environment. As a Lead Consultant, External Risk Monitoring , you will: Lead cross-functional development of enterprise risk and control monitoring standards that strengthen governance and visibility into emerging risks.
