Assistant Product Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Product & Portfolio Management Forecasting: Ensure accuracy and timely submissions of product forecasts for the assigned portfolio. Assortment & Catalogue Management: Monitor competitor product assortments to identify market priorities and opportunities for growth. Manage local portfolio catalogues to ensure timely updates and the deactivation of discontinued items. Listing & Distribution: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely product listing and optimal distribution across key retail doors. Special Range / Line Expansion: Work cross-functionally (with e-commerce, retail, merchandising, training, and field teams) to identify opportunities, develop expansion strategies, and drive specialized product lines or secondary ranges. 2. Campaign & Launch Execution Launch Planning: Support the team in planning and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns and new product launches across all relevant channels (CRM, training, retail, e-commerce, media). Collateral & Event Support: Coordinate launch materials and support the execution of promotional animations and brand events. 3. Analytics & Expense Management Market Share & Competitor Analysis: Track, report, and analyze category market share, sell-in/sell-out performance, and competitor activities in the local market. Budget Tracking: Manage designated sub-category budgets and expense allocations.

QUALIFICATIONS & KEY FIGURES Education: Qualified University/College degree.

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product marketing; prior experience in luxury goods or beauty/retail industries preferred.
