Job Description Job Ref ID: JR0085327 THE JOURNEY 1. Forecast Execution & Monitoring Own riders demand forecasts at city-hour level, tracking forecast accuracy and continuously optimize performance. Collaborate with local teams to collect insights and make decisions on application of them. 2. Data, Tools & Process Improvement Build dashboards and reporting tools to visualize key metrics and trends. Simplify and automate forecasting processes, collaborating with tech teams to implement scalable solutions. 3. Operational Insights & Recommendations Translate forecasts into actionable recommendations for rider allocation, operational planning, and efficiency optimization. Collaborate with local operations and other stakeholders to validate forecasts and identify proactive adjustments. Analyze patterns, trends, and anomalies to improve resource planning and overall service performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role, preferably within the logistics, e-commerce, or gig economy sectors. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data accurately and extract actionable insights. Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English. Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
