Finance, Risk and Compliance Compliance Senior Manager

Lead Client Transformation Programs Lead complex compliance, regulatory, risk, and governance transformation projects across the banking sector. Define project vision, outcomes, delivery approach, governance structure, and success measures. Manage multidisciplinary consulting teams and ensure high-quality delivery. Identify and proactively mitigate project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges. Drive executive stakeholder engagement and facilitate decision-making at senior management and board levels. Support clients in designing sustainable compliance operating models and governance frameworks. Compliance & Regulatory Advisory Advise clients on evolving regulatory expectations and industry best practices. Strengthen compliance management systems, governance, and control frameworks. Support regulatory remediation programs and supervisory engagements. Assist clients in enhancing compliance risk assessments and monitoring capabilities. Design solutions related to conduct risk, operational resilience, regulatory change management, third-party risk, compliance controls, and governance. Contribute to enterprise-wide transformation initiatives where compliance plays a critical role. Business Development & Thought Leadership Develop trusted advisor relationships with client executives and key stakeholders. Lead proposal development, client presentations, and sales pursuits. Create thought leadership on emerging compliance and regulatory themes. Build Accenture's market position in regulatory, compliance, risk, and governance services. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships. People Leadership Coach, mentor, and develop consultants and managers. Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture. Support talent acquisition and capability-building initiatives. Drive knowledge sharing and strengthen compliance expertise within the team.

Education Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Finance, Business Engineering, Risk Management, or a related discipline.

8-15 years of experience within Financial Services, Banking Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Controls, Governance, Regulatory Advisory, or Consulting. Proven experience leading large transformation programs and managing senior client stakeholders. Experience within consulting firms, compliance functions, risk functions, internal audit, regulatory affairs, or financial services institutions. Successful track record in project and program management. Compliance & Regulatory Expertise Strong expertise in several of the following domains: Compliance Management Frameworks (CMF) Regulatory Change Management Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Conduct Risk Non-Financial Risk Management Operational Resilience Compliance Risk Assessments Customer Protection & Conduct Internal Controls and Monitoring Programs Third-Party Risk Management Regulatory Remediation Programs Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) Compliance Operating Models Financial Crime : AML/KYC, fraud,… Enterprise Risk Management FSMA, EBA, ECB, NBB, ESMA and related European regulatory frameworks Technology & Innovation Understanding of compliance technology solutions and digital compliance transformation. Experience with GRC platforms and workflow tooling is a plus Knowledge of data analytics and reporting capabilities used in compliance and risk functions. Familiarity with AI-enabled compliance solutions is an asset. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS is considered a plus.
