Standard Job Description 
 You will be the Subcontract Management for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk COTS and complex build‑to‑print subcontracts.

As the Subcontract Management you will be responsible for overseeing supplier relationships, procurement processes, and contract execution across commercial, DOD, and international programs. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for high‑risk subcontracts. Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and hold procurement delegation authority. Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services. Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, evaluate proposals, and negotiate terms.
