Assemble sub-systems and cubic engine components using various tools, gauges, devices, Loctite, liquid nitrogen, lubricants, and specialized equipment. Operate CNC HELLER machining centers with Siemens 840D controllers according to instructions, routings, control plans, production requirements, and diagrams. Read, study, and interpret blueprints, machining/assembly instructions, specifications manuals, job orders, routings, and control plans to determine sequences of operations, setups, and requirements. Compile workpieces, components, and materials per specifications; inspect, document, and report defects. Select appropriate materials and tooling required for machining and assembly of cubic engine components. .

2 years in a mechanical, maintenance or machining trade school or equivalent Associate’s Degree;  or  5 years of experience in a heavy-duty machining environment.
