Perform daily production and technical support activities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. Operate, set up, troubleshoot, and maintain manufacturing equipment according to established procedures. Execute preventive maintenance (PM) and support corrective maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime. Monitor and improve equipment performance, yield, quality, and productivity. Support product builds, engineering evaluations, and process improvement initiatives. Investigate equipment or process issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, EHS, and company policies. Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and operational records. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and other support teams to achieve operational targets. Participate in continuous improvement activities, including cost reduction, cycle time improvement, and waste elimination. Train and guide operators on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting when required.

Diploma in a technical or engineering discipline with experience in manufacturing operations, equipment troubleshooting, and maintenance.
