About this role

At Google, we put our users first. The world is always changing, so we need Product Managers who are continuously adapting and excited to work on products that affect millions of people every day. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. One of the many reasons Google consistently brings innovative, world-changing products to market is because of the collaborative work we do in Product Management. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. Time management comprise Google Calendar and Tasks - the goal of these is to help users make the most of their time. They are a key part of Google Workspace . Both are available on Web, Android and iOS with a robust third-party developer ecosystem. We want to help people make time for what matters most by making it easy for users to plan time for them and their collaborators, and execute on their goals. We see Calendar and Tasks as primitives that should be deeply integrated into everyday journeys across Workspace and Google. Calendar and Tasks must meet the needs of varied stakeholders - from consumers through to C-suite execs, their ABPs, knowledge workers, IT admins, partners and developers. Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. We deliver enterprise-grade solutions that leverage Google’s cutting-edge technology, and tools that help developers build more sustainably. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.

User and Market Insights: Partner with UX/UXR to deeply understand target personas and contexts, while analyzing productivity market landscapes and competitive dynamics. Product Strategy: Engage directly with customers to identify pain points, validate solutions, and translate insights into actionable product concepts. Technical Leadership: Inspire engineering teams to build and deploy complex software solutions, focusing on architectural modernization through Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Models (LLMs). AI-First Development: Advocate an AI-centric approach by collaborating cross-functionally to define robust evaluations and measure the ongoing quality of AI-powered features. Execution and Visibility: Manage feature backlogs, prioritize team workloads, and act as the primary representative of the team's work to Director+ executives.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in product management, or a related technical role. 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.). Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in a technology or business related field. Experience getting things done in large matrixed organizations. Experience building AI native product experiences. Experience building enterprise and consumer facing products. High agency and accountability.
