Purpose: We are offering an internship for a fresh graduates as Quantity Surveyors Intern to join our team. This internship offers valuable hands-on industry experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to develop key professional skills in real estate cost management. What this internship involves Supporting  pre- and post-contract cost management and consultancy services. Learning and assisting  with quantity take-offs, budget estimates, and Bills of Quantities. Participating in  tender evaluations, payment valuations, and final accounts. Using and mastering  specialized software like CostX, AutoCAD, and MS Office. Collaborating actively with the project team and representing JLL professionally. What we look for Currently pursuing a degree  in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A proactive individual with a strong desire to learn and excellent attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with AutoCAD or cost estimation software (CostX, PlanSwift, Bluebeam) is highly advantageous.
