About Nebius

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.

Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.

About the role

Location: Amsterdam Duration: 3 months Start date: January 2027 Compensation: Paid Eligibility: Current University student (Computer Science or related field), Recent Graduate or Early Career specialist Work authorization: Permitted to work in the job's location

Capacity Management sits at the intersection of technology, infrastructure planning and business priorities. Our work depends on close collaboration with engineering, supply chain, product, finance and sales. We coordinate multiple areas of activity, manage cross-functional agreements and help the organization understand what capacity is available, where it is needed and which dependencies may affect delivery.

As Nebius grows, this operating model needs to be easy to understand — not only for our team, but also for the many people who work with us. Today, much of this knowledge is distributed across different documents, tools and individuals.

We are looking for a student or recent graduate to help us turn this complex environment into a clear and useful knowledge base. Your primary project will be to redesign and build the Capacity Management home page and supporting documentation in Confluence.

This is not simply a content-formatting assignment. You will need to speak with stakeholders, understand technical and managerial realities, identify connections and gaps, and translate what you learn into a structure that people can actually use.

Your responsibilities will include

• Learning how the Capacity Management function operates and how it interacts with other teams.

• Interviewing team members and cross-functional stakeholders to collect and validate information.

• Mapping our main areas of responsibility, workflows, dependencies and stakeholder interfaces.

• Designing a clear information architecture for the Capacity Management Confluence space.

• Creating a practical home page that helps different audiences find the right information quickly.
