Agency: Omnicom Health Job Function: People and Culture Job Subfunction: People and Culture Business Partner and Generalist Job Description: As an HR Advisor, you will drive business outcomes by partnering closely with employees and managers to support the full employee lifecycle. You will build strong relationships across your designated client group, provide day-to-day HR guidance, and help create a positive employee experience. This role supports key HR initiatives across talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, onboarding, performance management, and organizational development while serving as a trusted resource to employees and leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR-related topics, supporting employee relations matters, and conducting exit interviews. Partner with hiring managers to ensure seamless onboarding, conduct new hire check-ins, and support employee assimilation. Support talent acquisition by obtaining approvals for open positions, partnering with recruiters, and ensuring new hire setup and onboarding. Facilitate compensation processes, including merit increases, promotions, and incentive planning, and serve as the first point of contact for reward programs. Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to communicate learning offerings, recommend training opportunities, and support performance and development processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2–3+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally supporting employees and managers across multiple areas of the employee lifecycle. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, and other HR tools. Experience supporting a variety of HR functions, including employee relations, policy interpretation, compensation planning, talent programs, performance management, and conflict resolution. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to provide guidance and support to employees and managers. Resourceful, adaptable, and flexible with the ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems, and manage competing priorities. Strong empathy and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and provide thoughtful, inclusive guidance.
