We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Endpoint Program Manager with deep expertise in Windows Desktop Engineering and Enterprise Endpoint Operations to lead strategic technology initiatives across a large-scale enterprise environment. This role combines strong project and program management capabilities with technical knowledge of Windows platform engineering, endpoint management, modern device management, and operational service delivery. Lead multiple concurrent projects supporting Windows Desktop Engineering, Endpoint Management, Workplace Mobility, and Modern Device Management initiatives. Develop and manage project charters, roadmaps, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and delivery timelines. Establish project governance frameworks and ensure adherence to organizational project management standards. Drive project execution from initiation through implementation, transition, and operational handoff. Facilitate project reviews, steering committee sessions, governance meetings, and executive status updates. Use metrics and root-cause analysis to identify systemic risks and process gaps. Balance business needs and technical constraints to keep programs on track. Continuously improve operating cadences, reviews, and cross-team coordination. Purposefully employ AI and generative technologies to automate manual program management tasks. Codify operating procedures that elevate execution excellence across the organization. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence with strong executive presence and communication skills. This includes delivering steering committee updates, handling customer issues, and aligning senior leaders across global, matrixed engineering organizations. Experience
5+ years of Project or Program Management experience in enterprise IT environments. 2+ years managing Windows Desktop Engineering or Endpoint Management initiatives. Demonstrated success leading large-scale enterprise technology transformation programs. Experience managing geographically distributed and cross-functional teams. Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid project methodologies —with the ability to write queries, build dashboards, and compose templates; familiarity with analytics platforms such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
