Job Summary    the Field Service Engineer is responsible for delivering on-site technical service and support for customer systems, products, and equipment. This role is engaged when an issue cannot be resolved remotely and requires physical inspection, installation, maintenance, repair, or hands-on troubleshooting. The role helps restore system performance, supports customer satisfaction, and works with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Provide on-site technical support at customer locations for service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair activities. Perform physical inspection and diagnostics to identify issues affecting equipment or system performance. Carry out installation, servicing, corrective actions, and direct product intervention as needed in the field. Support the resolution of technical issues that cannot be closed through remote support channels. Work closely with Technical Support, Engineering, Quality, Offering Management, and other cross-functional teams when escalation or deeper technical analysis is required. Help maintain continuity, accountability, and customer experience during service delivery and case handoff activities. Contribute field observations that may help identify additional service or product needs at customer sites. The role focuses on direct customer-site support and is an important part of the broader technical issue-resolution process. Field Service Engineers provide hands-on intervention where remote methods are not sufficient and play a key role in restoring operational performance in the field.
