Job Description
Summary: Planning Analyst III is responsible for developing and managing finite production schedules to support efficient manufacturing operations within CPS Korea. This role works closely with Production, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to improve production performance, material availability, and operational efficiency. In addition to core production planning responsibilities, this position also supports the Production Manager by coordinating operational priorities, monitoring plant performance, supporting decision-making processes, and leading cross-functional operational improvement initiatives. The position also analyzes key production KPIs such as OEE, MUV, and PTS to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Strong analytical skills, production planning system knowledge (APS/SAP), operational coordination capability, and effective cross-functional communication are essential for success in this role.
