What We're Looking For
The Senior Market Intelligence Analyst position is a key position within Zebra Technologies responsible for creating, maintaining and analyzing market data specific to the EMEA market. The Sr. Market Intelligence Analyst will play a cross-functional role in bringing together various data elements and techniques to provide insight to enable informed business decisions.
Responsibilities
Work with EMEA sales, product management and marketing stakeholders to collect, analyze, define, and document requirements for reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytics Support EMEA sales teams and marketing on intelligence/industry research requests and analytics, competitive intelligence, market and customer segmentation and product development input requirements. Examine EMEA sales and performance data, tracking results and other research to form customer knowledge gap analysis Create, maintain and analyze EMEA market data using a variety of methods and techniques, such as trending, data visualization, and statistical methods to provide customer insight Oversee ongoing, EMEA program-specific-internal research initiatives and scope requests; collaborate with suppliers, monitors archives and communicate findings Examine market analytics and identify knowledge gaps to address significant strategic business needs and strategies Leverage industry knowledge, competitive benchmarking and internal company intelligence to build and maintain robust industry demand forecast models Requirements: Bachelor's degree required 5 or more years of experience in analytics, customer insights, marketing analysis, qualitative or quantitative research, consulting Ability to articulate with strong presentation skills and to contribute to executive-level discourse; excellent written communication abilities Able to operate within a team environment and take large amounts of data and form trends and conclusions; critical thinking and solution driven Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of PC-based spreadsheets and database warehousing applications; experience with statistical data modeling and tools (SPSS, SAS) to design and/or perform quantitative analysis and derive meaningful business insights Benefits: 25 days of vacation Up to 32 hours paid time off per year to volunteer with a charity of your choice Reward & Recognition scheme - earn points to spend online Training and personal development in soft skills and hard skills, access to our internal learning portal and internal career opportunities within Zebra departments Annual bonuses based on financial results Yearly salary increases according to individual performance Employee referral bonus for bringing New Talent to Zebra Pension Scheme with a matched contribution up to 7% Private medical and dental cover Access to an innovative online learning platform Cycle to work scheme Employee Assistance Program Incentive Compensation: In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 10% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
