Position Details The Shoemobile Analyst is responsible for qualifying and assessing Shoemobile scheduling requests, maximizing Shoemobile utilization across the network of Shoemobile trucks, and working cross-functionally to provide Shoemobile scheduling strategies and solutions. The role schedules Shoemobile events using Outlook and Csert/Csolve, monitors event success, and forecasts future scheduling frequencies. The position partners with Shoemobile Services Managers, Sales partners, Service Coordinators, and Footwear Program Specialists to provide consistent customer service while maintaining Department of Transportation (DOT) compliant schedules for Shoemobile drivers.
